DESCRIPTION
• play 4v4
• balls placed on cones are positioned 5-6yrds in from the end lines
• teams score by knocking the ball off the cone with the game ball
• if ball goes out of bounds the ball is kicked back in (kick-ins)
VARIATION
• vary number of targets
• one target in each corner
• tall cones as targets instead of balls
• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

• create supporting angles
• quick transitions
• quick finish
• switch point of attack
• quality of preparation touch
• aggressive and positive mentality

DESCRIPTION
• play 2v2 in each half
• players must stay in their half
VARIATION
• allow the defender who makes a pass to his forward to move into the attacking half to create 3v2 situation
• goals can only be scored off a first touch
• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

Attacking:
• accurate passes
• quick finish

• unbalancing the defense

Defending:
