DESCRIPTION
• attackers in the outer zones with the defenders in the middle zone
• players cannot leave their assigned zone
• attackers can score by connecting seven passes across middle zone without losing possession
• allow one defender to enter the zone to pressure the ball
• switch roles if defenders intercept 5 passes or after 3 minutes
