DESCRIPTION
• play 4v4
• grid is divided into four smaller grids as shown
• teams score by making a pass to a teammate who is in a different grid diagonally than the passer
VARIATION
• play 4v2, 5v2, 6v3 etc.
• limit number of touches
• teams score by making a lofted pass to a teammate who is in a different grid diagonally than the passer
• multiple 1v1s (players can only defend a designated player and cannot tackle another attacker)
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
