DESCRIPTION
• each team defends and attacks one end zone
• players pass by throwing
• teams score by passing the ball to a teammate who makes a run the opponent’s end zone (he cannot wait inside the end zone)
• players cannot take more than two steps with the ball
• possessions switches when the ball is dropped, a pass intercepted, a player takes too many steps or goal is scored
• players may not wrestle the ball from an opponent

VARIATION
• set time limit for a player with the ball to get rid of it (i.e. 3 seconds)
• players by volleying / drop kicking
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

• angle, distance and timing of support
• vision
• body position — open to a field

• verbal and visual communication
• accuracy

• players cannot take more than two steps with the ball

• vary number of passes to be awarded a point
• players can only catch and throw the ball with one hand
