DESCRIPTION
• one team starts to dribble with 2-3 balls less than # of players
• players try to win and maintain possession
• team with most balls in their possession at the end wins
• alternate team that starts with the balls
VARIATION
• vary number of balls
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

DESCRIPTION
• 2 teams play 4v4
• each team has a target player positioned in each zone
• team score by passing to their target player who then must pass to a third player on the same team
• opposing player in target zone prevents other player from receiving or completing a pass
VARIATION
• teams can only score if their target player can control a lofted pass
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
