DESCRIPTION
• one player starts in the middle and acts as a defender
• another player acts a goalie in the mini goal
• first player in line dribbles and tries to get past the defender in the middle grid before trying to score on the mini goal
• the attacker then becomes the defender and the defender becomes the goalie
VARIATION
• passive defender
• players must use a move to get past the defender
• players can attack in pairs (2v1)
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary

DESCRIPTION
• each team defends and attacks one goal with goalie plus an adjacent cone goal
• coach plays the ball in determines how many players from each team come on the field to play (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5)
• if a goal is scored all players leave the field until coach decides how many players play in the next game
• teams score on cone goals by dribbling through it (2 points)
VARIATION
• teams can score on any goal
• one team defends the cone goals and the other team the goals with goalies
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group if necessary
