DESCRIPTION
• play 5v5
• teams score only on one-touch passes
• kick-ins only
VARIATION
• play 6v6, 7v7 etc.
• each 1-2 combination is awarded one point
• first team to connect 8 passes wins
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

• body position – open to field

DESCRIPTION
• 4 attackers play keep away from two defenders
• if defenders win possession they look to play the ball into the other grid to their teammates and then sprint into the other square to support them
• two attackers go into other square to try to win the ball back

• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
