DESCRIPTION
• each team defends two mini goals on the same goal line
• field is divided into two channels
• teams score if they win the ball and pass across the vertical middle line and then score on the mini goal
VARIATION
• teams can score on any goal
• one point for scoring in the same channel (two points for scoring after switching channels)
• ball cannot be dribbled across vertical middle line
• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

DESCRIPTION
• play 4v4
• grid is divided into four smaller grids as shown
• teams score by making a pass to a teammate who is in a different grid than the passer
VARIATION
• play 4v2, 5v2, 6v3 etc.
• limit number of touches
• multiple 1v1s (players can only defend a designated player and cannot tackle another attacker)
• teams score by making a lofted pass to a teammate who is in a different grid than the passer
• adjust size of field if necessary
