DESCRIPTION
• players dribble at coach with speed
• coach signals to a side to which the player has to dribble and finish on goal
• players must finish before they get to the shooting line
VARIATION
• specify how players must shoot (left or right foot, inside or laces, high or low etc.)
• specific move for players to perform to get around coach
• shot cannot touch the ground before it hits the target
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

• body mechanics and control of body
