DESCRIPTION
• play 8v6
• each team defends a goal
• the attacking team with 8 players can only take three touches in their defending half and two (one) touches in the attacking half
• the defending team has no restrictions
• the defending can also score by connecting five passes in a row
• switch roles after 7-10 minutes
VARIATION
• vary number of players and/or touch restriction
• the attacking team has to score a goal with a first touch
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

DESCRIPTION
• 6 attackers versus 3 defenders
• attackers score by passing through goal to a teammate
• attackers cannot score on same goal twice in a row
• defenders score my connecting two passes
• switch roles if attackers have 8 points or defender 4 points
VARIATION
• attackers score by making two passes through the same goal
• limit number of touches for attackers
• play 5v3, 5v2, 4v2, 6v4 etc.
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
COACHING POINTS
• weight of pass
• accuracy
• vision
• constant movement
• players should accelerate towards the ball
• good angle and distance of support to receive ball
