DESCRIPTION
• each team passes two balls around the entire grid
• teams have to make sure that both balls don’t end up in the same grid
• players must stay in their designated grid
• team to keep it going the longest without making an error wins
VARIATION
• each player has three seconds to play the ball
• add a third ball for each team
• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
COACHING POINTS
• angle, distance and timing of support
• vision
• body position – open to field
• decision making
• verbal and visual communication
• good first touch takes ball away from pressure
