DESCRIPTION
• 3v3
• each team has a designated goalkeeper
• goalkeeper must leave end zone to become a field player if his team is in possession

VARIATION
• 2 points for a goal and 1 point for getting past an opponent
• 3 points if a player dribbles inside the end zone and beats the goalie in a 1v1 situation (attacker can’t be followed by a defender)

• change of direction and speed

• protect the ball

• close control
• angle, distance and timing of support

• verbal and visual communication
• unbalancing the defense

DESCRIPTION
• play 4v4 in the middle zone
• one neutral player in each end zone
• all players must stay in their designated zone
• teams must connect three passes before they can pass to the neutral player in the end zone
• the neutral player then lays off for a shot on goal as shown
• switch players in end zones

VARIATION
• play 5v5, 6v6, 7v7 in the middle zone etc.
• play with 2 mini goals on each goal line
• limit number of touches for neutral players
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
