DESCRIPTION
• 2v2 with 2 channel players on the attacking team in each half
• channel player with the ball attempts to make a cross
• opposite channel player must pinch in to create numbers up situation
• if ball is won by the defenders channel player must retreat back to his designated area
• defenders attempt to make a pass to their channel players or attackers
• goals off a cross count 2 points
VARIATION
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group
COACHING POINTS
• constant movement
• communication
• good angle and distance of support to receive ball
• create supporting angles
• look to combine
• keep the ball moving with quick accurate passing

DESCRIPTION
• play 5v5
• a designated sweeper-keeper on each team can use hands only within his own end zone
• defending team can only pressure the ball once two players of that team have retreated to the end zone line
VARIATION
• defending team can only pressure the ball once two players of that team have retreated to the end zone line
• limit number of touches
• adjust spacing depending on the age and ability of the group

• create space for others
• attack space behind defense
